Terms of Use

VoiceLocket is a private space for sharing voice notes with friends. Be kind, only share what you have the right to share, and don't use the app to hurt anyone. If you subscribe to Premium, billing is handled by Apple and renews until you cancel.

You need a phone number to create an account, and you're responsible for what happens on it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use VoiceLocket. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your profile, your voice notes, and your sign-in.

You own the voice notes you record. By sending a note, you give us the limited license we need to store it and deliver it to the friends you address it to — nothing more. Unsending a note (Premium) removes it for everyone. Deleting your account removes everything you've sent.

Don't use VoiceLocket to harass, threaten, or bully anyone; to send spam; to impersonate others; or to share content that's illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative. You can report any note or account from inside the app, and block anyone at any time. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

VoiceLocket Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year, with a free trial on the yearly plan where offered). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy.

We work hard to keep VoiceLocket fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months. We may update the app and these terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
